RAMPT Consulting was born when I started talking to past co-workers that are now running sales organizations at fast growing, funded start-ups in Silicon Valley. Truth be told – I was initially looking to work with them full time. But as I learned more about their challenges with scaling their respective sales organizations, I realized that there was a gaping hole in sales onboarding services designed specifically for companies like theirs.
At the core, I am a sales professional and have great empathy for “carrying the bag”. My quota carrying sales career spanned over 10 years in technology and has included roles with Cisco Systems, Citrix Systems, and Nextel Communications as well as small startups. I had the opportunity to build the first product sales certification at Citrix systems back in 2011 and I knew then that Sales Enablement was my passion.
I love learning about new companies and helping them to tell their story to the market. In order to do that, their sales force must be able to tell that same story and be the absolute best representation of the company as possible.
I live in Scottsdale, Arizona with my wife and two sons.
When I am not building amazing sales onboarding programs, I try my best to play as much golf, tennis, and squash as possible.
